Sleep, Stress Management,
and Recovery Coaching

Do you ever feel overwhelmed with all that’s on your plate? Burnt out, worn down, depleted? Or perhaps it’s not that extreme, but you’re just not feeling like your best self – in need of better sleep and less brain fog in order to perform better and be more productive in your daily life.

Simply put: the activities in your daily life cause you stress.

Some of these stressors are physical (workouts, energy demands of physical labour, poor nutrition, dehydration), while others may be mental (decision making, problem solving, endless to-do list), social (conflicts with coworkers, family, or friends, or a feeling of isolation), emotional (responding to sadness, guilt, anger), existential (are you working towards a goal or feel purposeful), or environmental (are your surroundings comfortable, safe, and health promoting).

Some of those stressors will be easily managed with your current skill levels and recovery practices – while others may overwhelm you and wear you down more over time. SSR coaching helps us to identify what you’re managing well and which areas you may need some help to optimize your recovery, then provides action steps to start making strides forward.

Now, we have more tools at our disposal to help you crush your goals, both in and out of the gym! Get stronger, move better, and improve your quality of life with BioMechanics.

Strategy Session

For those self-motivated to make changes, but just aren’t sure where to start. We’ll evaluate where you’re at with some intake forms, discuss areas of improvement, and outline actions that can make the biggest impact for you right now!

3 or 6 Month Coaching

For those who want to dig deeper, with someone keeping them accountable along the way. Expanding on what we’ve learned at the Strategy Session, we’ll implement progressive behavior changes, tracking your progress and providing extra resources through the My Coach app.
