Heidi Rainville
Heidi RainvilleCo-Owner, Certified Personal Trainer, R.M.T.
Heidi is a Certified Personal Trainer and Registered Massage Therapist. She’s been training for 10 years, massaging for 7, and in that time has continued to seek out opportunities to learn and improve.

Areas of interest that she’s received certifications in include mobility, kettlebell, powerlifting, olympic weightlifting, functional aging, and pre/postnatal (both fitness and massage). She has also taken several courses in RAPID-NFR, and has seen great success with this therapy technique to alleviate clients’ pain and improve their mobility!

Heidi enjoys working with mothers to support a healthy pregnancy and recovery, as well as anyone looking to move better and get stronger!

Mitch Goertzen
Mitch GoertzenCo-Owner, Certified Personal Trainer
Mitch is a Certified Personal Trainer who loves to help people get stronger. He has worked with a wide range of clients from young athletes to seniors. He has certifications for powerlifting, olympic weightlifting and mobility.

Mitch enjoys teaching the primary movement patterns, and how to load them properly. He believes that everybody can benefit from strength training, no matter their age, body type or goal. He shares this passion with all of his clients, giving them the tools to succeed.

Jenae Knot
Jenae KnotRegistered Massage Therapist
Jenae is a recent graduate from PIMT, and is looking forward to developing her career as an RMT. Jenae approaches her practice with a holistic view, believing that fitness and athletics can improve not only physical wellbeing, but mental health as well.

Jenae participated in high school sport at the provincial level, All-Star cheerleading at the World Championship level, and continues to keep active with weight lifting and rock climbing. She has also been on the other side of sport, in a coaching and program directing role, which has inspired her to continue her education with certifications related to sport, fitness, rehabilitation, and wellbeing.

Jenae looks forward to supporting her clients in reaching their goals, whether it be winning a national championship, or picking up their grandkids.
