Quick Weekend Mobility

Have you got a spare five minutes this weekend to improve your mobility? Here’s a quick little routine to get your hips, shoulders, and back feeling loose as a goose!

Try for about 5-8 reps of each of the movements in the video above. Due to some technical difficulties, the video cut off a bit early…but finish this series off with 1-3 minutes of crocodile breathing (laying on your stomach with your head resting on your arms, breathe deep and focus on filling your rib cage 360 degrees around with each breath).
